Payment is required prior to arrival. Once payment has been cleared, the property will send you the check-in details, five days prior to check-in date.
The guest who made the booking is required to send a copy of ID from the guest which is on the reservation and from the payment card holder (only if the card used to make the booking is different to the guest) 30 days prior to arrival.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 3 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 3 days of check-out.
A surcharge of GBP 25 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property prior to arrival.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Extra bedding and a towel change during your stay is subject to an extra GBP 35 per request.
The property is located on the upper floor, and there is no lift access at the property. As a result, it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
Please note for LAST MINUTE BOOKING, credit card payments are not accepted and we require the guests to send two photo ID (driving licence or passport) from both the person who has made the booking and from the person who owns the payment card (only if the card used to make the booking is different to the guest). A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required for LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS only!
